State of the Union Addresses (http://stateoftheunion.onet...)
The State of the Union address is a speech where the US president informs his country's people of the way things are going. An analysis of all such speeches ever made shows that the word "war" has been used more frequently than "peace"; however, in analyzing "good" vs. "evil", the good generally seems to win out unless the country is in wartime. See also the length of sentences, showing the decrease of the complexity of the speech in the past 200 years. More recently, the mentioning of "America" has become more popular. —seema

Very good. Although not pertaining to the issue of war v/s peace, I would be curious to see a measure of information content or complexity on the same dataset.
