Candidates John McCain and Barack Obama have spent more than $400 million on over 320 television ads, according to the Campaign Media Analysis Group, which tracks political advertising expenditures. This graph shows &lt;b&gt;how much money Obama spent on TV advertising by issue of the ad&lt;/b&gt;.  In total, he spent a total of $207,410,911 to broadcast 109 television ads. &lt;a href='http://www.swivel.com/graphs/show/30299818'&gt;McCain spent&lt;/a&gt; a total of $119,906,703 to broadcast 71 television ads.
