Just about 19.4% of the U.S. population speaks a language other than English at home. This graph shows what percentage out of these 51,934,850 US residents perceive their ability to speak English as "very well" (blue) or less than "very well" (red). It would be interesting to see how native English speakers would assess this population's English speaking skills.
